Lê Bá Nam Anh is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of 3V Partners. He founded 3V with a conviction that there’s a need for a local financial services group that can partner with businesses beyond a transaction and that Vietnam needs a capital markets reform in order to deliver the 10% growth the country targets. 3V Partners was founded to be a strategic long-term partner to Vietnam businesses and aims to develop financial products that contributes to changes in Vietnam’s capital markets. Through his 16 years career, Nam Anh has developed a combination of strategy, capital markets and investment, and operating experience combined with deep local network across international and local business and political community. Prior to founding 3V, Nam Anh was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets & Investor at Masan Group, one of the Vietnam’s largest consumer conglomerates where he was responsible for capital markets, investment, investor relations and corporate affairs activities. Prior to Masan, he was CFO at Seedcom Group, a fast-growing Vietnam start-up, during which he spent a stint as CEO of The Coffee House, one of Vietnam’s largest coffee chain networks. Before returning Vietnam, he worked at Cargill Corporate Strategy & Development team in Singapore and Credit Suisse Technology, Media, Telecom Investment Banking Group in New York, USA.

Nam Anh is also active in education & training. He is currently a Co-Founder & Chairman of A11 Management, a local human capital development platform that offers executive development, HR transformation services and talent recruitment. This stems from his belief that education & training, whether at school or work, plays a significant role in shaping who he is today. As a college student, Nam Anh founded VietAbroader, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that helps Vietnamese students study abroad in the U.S. Nam Anh sits on the Board of Advisory for Innovation at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City and Core CEOs group of the Vietnam CEO Forum, an initiative spearheaded by Mr. Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng, former Minister of Science & Technology and Chairman of Viettel.

Nam Anh has returned to Hanoi after nearly 20 years away, the last 6 in Ho Chi Minh City. He is married and has two boys. He spends his free time with family, train boxing and play pickle-ball with friends.

Nam Anh holds a BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Jenny Duong Nguyen is an investment professional with more than 10 years of experience across portfolio management, transaction execution, and capital markets. She most recently served as Senior Investment Manager at VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund (VOF), a FTSE 250-listed investment company on the London Stock Exchange with approximately US$1 billion in assets under management. Throughout her career, Jenny has developed a strong combination of public market investing and transaction execution expertise, with deep experience in valuation, financial modelling, financial due diligence, and investment analysis. Prior to joining VinaCapital, Jenny was Head of Research for the Southern Branch of MBS – MB Securities JSC, where she led equity research activities, advised senior management on strategic initiatives, and supported institutional clients with investment insights and market analysis. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Financial Analyst at Mirae Asset Securities Vietnam and ACB Securities Company, providing investment research and recommendations to institutional investors and fund managers across Asia.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jenny is actively involved in community and professional development initiatives. She has contributed her time to volunteer and event management activities in both Vietnam and New Zealand, including supporting the Asian Indoor Games and WellingtonNZ. These experiences reflect her belief in the importance of collaboration, continuous learning, and creating positive impact through community engagement.

Jenny is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Outside of work, she enjoys following global economic and financial developments, traveling, and exploring different cultures and perspectives. She is passionate about lifelong learning and values opportunities to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Jenny holds a Master of Professional Economics from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Commerce from Western Sydney University, graduating with Distinction. She has also completed professional training in Sustainability and Sustainable Finance through Singapore Management University, reflecting her interest in sustainable investing and the continued development of capital markets.

With more than a decade of experience in investment management, corporate finance, and portfolio management, Yen Phu has worked across investment funds, holding companies, and high-growth businesses in Vietnam. Her experience on both the investor and operator sides has given her a well-rounded perspective on what drives sustainable growth, how businesses access capital, and what investors look for at different stages of a company’s development.

At 3V Advisors, Yen works closely with founders, management teams, and investors on capital raising, M&A, and other strategic transactions. She helps businesses translate their growth ambitions into clear strategic priorities and communicate compelling investment opportunities to the market.

Prior to joining 3V, Yen was an Investment Manager at Yes4All Holding, where she led the company’s Series B fundraising and investor relations initiatives. Before that, she served as Head of Investment and Financial Planning at Viet Thai International, overseeing M&A activities, capital planning, and portfolio management across the Group. She also held the role of Head of Financial Planning and Portfolio Management at Seedcom Group, managing a portfolio of businesses across retail, F&B, fashion, technology, and logistics, while participating in fundraising, restructuring, and operational improvement initiatives. Yen began her investment career at Dragon Capital, focusing on private equity investments and portfolio management across Southeast Asia.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Yen is actively involved in mentoring and education initiatives. She serves as a mentor for teams participating in the CFA Institute Research Challenge and is a frequent guest speaker at universities, where she shares practical insights on investment, corporate finance, and career development with students and young professionals.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, reading, travelling, and staying active through sports.

Yen is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MSc in Finance & Investment from the University of Exeter, graduating with Dean’s Commendation. She also earned a BA in International Finance from Foreign Trade University.

Nguyễn Phương Mai is Senior Manager of Partners. Mai has 8 Years of Experience in the field of Financial Analysis, Financial Investment, Investment Banking (IB) (Bond Underwriting & M&A advisory services), Corporate Finance, Business Development & Management. Prior to joining 3V, Mai also has experience in working for Prestigious Institutions such as Saigon – Hanoi Securities JSC (SHS) (IB Department), Vingroup JSC (International Debt Capital Market Department), ABB Merchant Banking JSC (M&A Department), Tam Son (Investment Department).

Mai also has 8 Years of Experience in teaching CFA Program & managing CFA Centers. Mai is Founder of Mai Finance Community and PraFin Course (Practical Finance), with the network of 1,000+ students in the finance field (banks, securities firms, investment funds, big4 audit firms, big corps).

With regard to hobbies, Mai spends her free time enjoying delicious dishes, listening to music, singing, swimming, and drawing.

Graduating as Valedictorian in Finance and Banking from Foreign Trade University (FTU) with a GPA of 3.96/4.00 and achieving the CFA Charterholder designation (ranking in the top 10% globally across all three levels), Mai has built a strong foundation in finance. In parallel, Mai also earned a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Foreign Trade University, where she was recognized as Double Valedictorian in both entrance and graduation.

Ngân is an Analyst at 3V Partners and was the firm's first employee. She specializes in research-driven analysis of business strategy, policy advocacy, and investment. Her experience spans market research, financial modeling, data analysis, investor materials preparation, and business strategy. Prior to joining 3V Partners, Ngân worked as an Investment Analyst at Buymed, a healthcare technology startup, and Strategy and Development Analyst cum Managing Director Assistant at Masan Group.

Beyond her professional career, Ngân has achieved strong results in national and international student competitions. She was the Runner-up in the CFA Institute Research Challenge 2024-2025, Champion of the RMIT Research Challenge 2024, and Champion of RMIT Business Analytics Competition 2023.

Outside of work, Ngân is passionate about exploring new places, cultures, and ideas. Whether through traveling, reading, or discovering unfamiliar perspectives, she enjoys constantly learning from the world around her. In her free time, she loves catching up with friends, meeting new people, and engaging in meaningful conversations.

Ngân holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from RMIT University.

Starting the career journey as a Quality Assurance (QA) specialist for the call center system of Teleperformance in Vietnam from 2009 to 2011, Tu Khuong later successfully transitioned into the Human Resources field. Leveraging strong communication, active listening skills, and deep empathy, Tu evolved from an HR specialist to become the HR & Office Manager at Seedcom Group for over 5 years. In this role, Tu comprehensively managed all aspects of office administration, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), employee welfare, social insurance, and labor relations. As an active member of the Vietnam Human Resources Association (VNHR) with profound expertise in handling Work Permits (WP), Temporary Residence Cards (TRC), and Personal Income Tax (PIT), Tu not only ensures strict legal compliance but also consistently prioritizes a "take care" philosophy, serving as a solid and reliable bridge between the employees and the board of management.

Beyond the corporate sphere, Tu is deeply committed to community service. Currently, Tu is a core organizing committee member of "The Little Thing" – a charity organization that has been operating steadily for over 10 years. Through this organization, Tu has coordinated and executed numerous large-scale charitable programs, delivering practical and meaningful support to children in remote areas and underprivileged communities.

In personal life, Tu is highly energetic and passionate about traveling. Loving to explore and push personal limits, Tu enjoys trekking and endurance walking, exemplified by successfully conquering an 100km walking challenge. Tu travels often with family and friends, enjoying each journey while keeping an active, balanced lifestyle.

Tu holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Tu’s robust academic background has served as the basis for developing systematic reasoning, proficient operational abilities, and a comprehensive grasp of corporate dynamics throughout their professional trajectory.
