Professional experience
Lê Bá Nam Anh is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of 3V Partners. He founded 3V with a conviction that there’s a need for a local financial services group that can partner with businesses beyond a transaction and that Vietnam needs a capital markets reform in order to deliver the 10% growth the country targets. 3V Partners was founded to be a strategic long-term partner to Vietnam businesses and aims to develop financial products that contributes to changes in Vietnam’s capital markets. Through his 16 years career, Nam Anh has developed a combination of strategy, capital markets and investment, and operating experience combined with deep local network across international and local business and political community. Prior to founding 3V, Nam Anh was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets & Investor at Masan Group, one of the Vietnam’s largest consumer conglomerates where he was responsible for capital markets, investment, investor relations and corporate affairs activities. Prior to Masan, he was CFO at Seedcom Group, a fast-growing Vietnam start-up, during which he spent a stint as CEO of The Coffee House, one of Vietnam’s largest coffee chain networks. Before returning Vietnam, he worked at Cargill Corporate Strategy & Development team in Singapore and Credit Suisse Technology, Media, Telecom Investment Banking Group in New York, USA.
Non-work experience
Nam Anh is also active in education & training. He is currently a Co-Founder & Chairman of A11 Management, a local human capital development platform that offers executive development, HR transformation services and talent recruitment. This stems from his belief that education & training, whether at school or work, plays a significant role in shaping who he is today. As a college student, Nam Anh founded VietAbroader, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that helps Vietnamese students study abroad in the U.S. Nam Anh sits on the Board of Advisory for Innovation at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City and Core CEOs group of the Vietnam CEO Forum, an initiative spearheaded by Mr. Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng, former Minister of Science & Technology and Chairman of Viettel.
Personal life, hobbies
Nam Anh has returned to Hanoi after nearly 20 years away, the last 6 in Ho Chi Minh City. He is married and has two boys. He spends his free time with family, train boxing and play pickle-ball with friends.

Nam Anh holds a BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
